With almost 20 years of experience in civil engineering, Steve has designed and managed a broad spectrum of land development projects—from compact half-acre commercial sites like In-N-Out to expansive 83-acre planned communities. His work spans the West Coast and Pacific Northwest, supporting clients in the residential, industrial, commercial, and educational sectors. Steve’s approach is rooted in precision, responsiveness, and a deep commitment to delivering excellence—regardless of project size or complexity.

Laura is driven by curiosity and a desire to excel—always seeking new knowledge and opportunities to expand her technical skillset.
Her approach to engineering is both ambitious and grounded, combining precision with a willingness to explore innovative solutions. Outside of work, Laura enjoys trying new activities, spending time outdoors, and immersing herself in music—bringing creativity and balance to everything she does.
