In his over 15 years of civil engineering experience, Steve has designed and managed a wide range of developments from a half-acre Jack-in-the-Box to an 83-acre planned community. He has assisted clients along the entire west coast and pacific northwest develop residential, industrial, and commercial projects, along with numerous educational facilities. Steve approaches each and every project, regardless of size, with the same attention to detail and commitment to the highest level of customer satisfaction and thrives on the unique challenges each project brings.
In his free time, Steve enjoys hiking and camping with his wife and three children and working on his latest home improvement project.

Her portfolio includes mixed-use, residential, industrial, commercial, educational, agricultural, multi-family, and municipal projects. Kim’s deep-rooted family background in civil engineering, unwavering dedication, and passion to deliver exceptional client service allows her to be an incredible asset to each and every project.
Outside of work, you will find Kim out running on her favorite trails, training for her next ultramarathon. But above all else, she loves her time exploring and creating adventures with her husband and young family.
